Privacy

This covers the contact form and any client data we work with.

Updated October 2026

The contact form

The form asks for your name, your business, its industry, an email or phone number, and a message. We use those details to reply to you and suggest a first step.

Our team reads what you send. Our email provider carries the message to us, and if the site uses analytics or advertising tools, those tools can see how you use the site.

The site remembers your theme and industry pick in your own browser, and that stays on your device.

Client data

A signed agreement covers your data before we see any of it. Only your team and the people working on your project can see it.

We never use your data to train AI models.

At the end of a project, we return or delete your data, as the agreement says.

NDAs and BAAs

We sign NDAs, and BAAs where the work calls for one, before we see anything.

For dental practices and medical clinics, that means a signed BAA before we touch patient records.

Questions about your data

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, send a note through the contact form.
